Thank you, also yes, I love the bird mounts in Warcraft, there's another one that has the same skin as the spellwing, but it's bright orange and a rare drop from a boss monster...I want it so bad

The spellwing looks like something I'd be keen to collect if I played the game. Though the blue/purple version would be ideal for me, I love that combination, but have never cared much for orange. I do hope you manage to get hold of it though! Can you beat the boss over and over to attempt getting it, or are there mechanics in place to prevent that?

You can get loot from it once a day for a chance at it so yeah, there are mechanics that prevent farming for the mount. Unfortunately the Spellwing isn't available anymore, but there is a dark purple phoenix mount you can get if you're in a guild that got a certain achievement.

Aah, then I definitely see how it could take a long time to get hold of it .. But at least it's not a one shot only, so the possibility IS there!

Yup! I am a complete collector so I go after all the armor appearances, mounts, companion pets, etc... so I don't mind running through dungeons every day and raids every week for a chance.

I've had to drop some, because it just ends up taking too much time trying to collect absolutely everything, and I can never manage to play casually and collect only some things. Haha, I can totally relate to that! I have a very vocal inner collector that desperately wants ALL THE STUFF That's a reason why I really have to try limiting what games I play. I've had to drop some, because it just ends up taking too much time trying to collect absolutely everything, and I can never manage to play casually and collect only some things. Seeing empty holes in the collection bugs me way too much

I've had to quit a bunch of virtual pet sites mostly because of baby and because I can't keep up with the maintenance or collections. That's why I quit Flightrising and Sylestia (or well, in the process of quitting Sylestia lol) I only do pet sites that require little to no maintenance, as in I don't need to feed things every day or log in every day, etc...

You're welcome! And I quite agree with the little to no maintenance! I don't really do any pet sites at the moment, but I definitely wouldn't do any with constant feeding and stuff. It ends up being such an enormous time drain! I very easily fall into the trap of thinking that having to do one little thing doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things, but when a heap of "little things" build up, they really make a difference all the same
