Howdy all, I'm going to cut the pleasantries and shenanigans so I can get right to the point. For the last several years the staff and I have been working hard to improve Faenaria in spite of the many challenges we've faced. We've met with marginal success however and lately the team and I have felt discouraged. Though we see a steady stream of new members, we don't seem to be retaining them. Our existing membership has waned and though many check the site on a frequent basis, most of our events see little participation. Likewise, new features aren't met with very much enthusiasm and so we've been wondering what we've been doing wrong?
