When I click on Avatar it should bring me to the place where I can design, right? But it doesn't.. Is this something from your side or from mine?

Have you created an avatar yet? Without that, there's naturally little to play with. Hit the "create new avatar" button, give it a name and a gender, and then you can start playing with it. If, on the other hand, you already HAVE created an avatar and you're somehow not allowed into your closet, then you're gonna need someone other than me to look into that
