As long as the thick black eyeliner and eyelashes are not on the line layer, and are below the line and shading/highlight layers, they will be considered a marking. Yes, you can color the lines as long as nothing else is changed about them. Same goes for the shading/highlight layers, you can color them as well, as long as nothing else is changed about them. ^^

Hello! I just joined and I'm working on my first CYO pet, but I have a couple of questions. If I give my pet thick black eyeliner and/or eyelashes, would that count as markings, or would that be a lineart alteration? Also, am I allowed to color the lineart so long as I don't change the lines themselves?
