I've always wondered about this, and never thought to investigate until now..

But what happens if you try to buy an item you already own? Is there a pop-up that prevents you from doing so? I just get confused because all items you can't afford are faded out but the ones you already have one of are still there...

I'm actually terrified of accidentally doing this (because everything has to be so perfect in my mind *eyeroll*). I thought about clicking buy on an item I've already bought, but wasn't sure what would happen.

A general rule of thumb is that if the item has a little dot next to the name, that means you own it. However (and I experienced this just yesterday lol) if you do try to purchase an item you already own, a little message will show up at the top

The pop up to confirm the actual purchase does still show up but when you click "yes", and already have the item in your wardrobe, the image above shows what happens from there. All you have to do is click yes or no if you want to re-purchase it or not.

So you're safe from the dreaded double purchase!

It took me forever to figure out what the freaking dots were for! Hopefully our updated FA system will be far more intuitive!

Yes, the old site will be restored as an archive for those who were members back then. Due to our budget and the fact that a lot of work needs to be done to get this implemented it's been put on the back burner for now.
