flaffle: n. a combination of the words flatsale and raffle, referring to a free-to-enter raffle where participants only pay the fixed price if their name is drawn.


1. Obey all site rules and the Faenaria Terms of Service, which you agree to when creating your account.
2. Payment is due upon announcement of the flaffle winner(s). If you are found submitting a pet design that does not belong to you, you will be blacklisted from all my services and reported to staff for theft.
NOTE:
You are purchasing the rights to the design only. You are not purchasing an uploaded pet, pet maker, or rights to reproduce the design by editing the original PSD to use for new customs. You may resell the design or uploaded pet, and/or sell breeding slots or offspring from this design.
3. All designs will use some or all templated markings, meaning not all markings will be unique to the design.
4. All designs will be up for flaffle; raffles are free to enter. You only pay if you win a design.
5. You may win up to one design per flaffle batch. When entering, please provide a list of designs in order of preference. You may choose to leave designs off of your preference list; if you win, and no designs on your list remain, your win is forfeit and new winners will be rolled for any remaining designs.
6. If you won a design in the previous batch, you must wait one batch before entering again.
