probably a stupid question :p but how do I get it into my snuggery now since it's not an uploadable custom? I guess I probably need to write an upload request somewhere, but neither the "Pet Share" area nor the "Custom Requests" area seem to fit.

Then go to Pets => Submit Custom => select Amber Token => click New Pet => select gender, Alicorn, select the just downloaded file, submit
(I'm fairly sure this is an uploadable custom.)

Thanks so much! I see it there now, guess it has to be accepted by an admin or something before it shows in the snuggery?
So this means we need to make sure that we have the fitting token if we win a pet here?

@Kiwiana Correct, you'll need an Amber Token in order to upload an alicorn. Designs purchased from me do not include the pet maker required to upload them, as these sales are made as a regular user of the site, and are not part of a staff feature.
