Hmm, depends which tree or which flower, honestly. There are some flowers I do not like and some trees I don't, but like what SedaYue said, they both are pretty in their own ways (most of the time).

Then there are trees that have flowers; the cherry blossom/sakura trees come to mind and those are absolutely one of my favorites. I'm also someone who loves to spend time at botanical gardens just taking pictures of the different varieties of plants and maybe trying to draw a few of them.

"Which is prettier, flowers or trees?"

I'm gonna have lean towards flowers. i adore strange flowers like wood roses, jack-in-the-pulpit and indian pipe. I used to have a small wildflower garden of unique flowers (weeds to most people) of stuff like rattlesnake flower(two types, same name), dogsbane, and cinnamon-scented wild milkweed, plus a lot more i don't remember. flowers are fascinating to me, especially the sort that are also edible/medicinal.

I'll go with the classic fruit trees like apple, pear, cherry etc (which usually also have flowers at some point

) and daisies and forgetmenots

I'm back from my short vacation - a christmas present

We had gotten a voucher for a few days at a wellness hotel, of which we mostly used the pools and the restaurant! In theory, it had internet via wlan, but it always disconnected so was not of much use.

I do love flowers, my faves are irises, but I've found another that is a close second. :3 We've been planting them in our big pots out front for the past 3 years. :3

Yes, that's what I love about them, the different colors all in one bloom! And they are rather easy to grow, and they look just like that when blooming. :3 They bloom all through spring, summer, and fall as long as it's not too cold. They are a tropical plant or they would even come back each year.

It just gets too cold here for that.
