Kalika's Charity Signature Banner Stand Off

As some of you know I started a Charity recently. No though, I need a banner to put in my signature so more people can find it quicker without having to search the whole forum for it. I had in mind some artists that I was going to ask and then realized that I would rather have fun with it. Therefore I decided on a contest!

Well, two actually. All details will be in the posts below. Entries will be after the details.

Both contests will run from November 1st to November 14, midnight server time. This gives everyone 2 weeks to get in some entries!

Note: the holiday theme will be done every year for each holiday I choose. No, I will not do more than these since the prize is JB. I will start the holiday theme ones 1 month before the holiday, the contest will last for two weeks, and the winning banner will be put in my signature for the week before and the week of the holiday. After this I will post it up somewhere so if others want to use it to help spread the word, then they can.

Contest 1

The first contest I want 3 banners made, a large, medium and small.

There will be three places and a prize for each.
1st place - 50 JB
2nd place - 25 JB
3rd place - 10 JB

Rules below:

Obey all C.A.G.E.R. rules which you can read here.
You have to do a large, medium and small. Your entry will not be accepted if it only has a large and small, medium and large, etc. It has to have all three.
No holiday themed. (So, if you plan on using my avatar in it please wait until I change it to non themed outfit. I will change it in a day or two and will change it to something that can be used)
Just because you see that I used pink throughout this thread (and yes it's my favorite color) does not mean to use only pink. All colors are accepted but I look a lot at design, and entire color palette. I do have other favorite palettes but I want to see what you as an artist can come up with.
All staff may enter.
Unlimited entries but only win once.
Must have the name of my charity which is Kalika's Charity Ball.

These are the dimensions that each size has to be. If they are not this size, they will be disqualified.

Thanksgiving Feast
Contest 2

For this contest only a medium should be done, which means 350x90 pixels.
There will only be a first place winner. The winner will get 25 JB!

Hey Kali, I went and checked out your charity thread (which is awesome and very generous of you!) However, I was wondering if you could tell us a little bit more about it? Things like what inspired the name and what is the atmosphere like. When I think of a ball I get images of fancy dresses, dancing, and laughing. But you say pull up a bean bag which makes me think of hanging out with my friends and family while watching movies and snacking. I'm trying to imagine what you see so I know where to go with the banner designs.

Also, the banners for contest 1, do you want the same (very similar) design in 3 different sizes or 3 completely new designs for each size?

I want people to be able to come have a talk and get the 'prizes' that they want and have fun with people while doing so. I've always seen balls as a type of party and at parties people have fun.

Some parties have prizes which is what we have here. A fun place with people you can enjoy being with while winning the items you really want without having to wait to save up for them.

The first contest, I would like for them to be similar designs. It's one of the reasons that everyone has as many entries as they want.

Winners have been decided! Firelilly won the 1st place contest, receiving 50 JB, and Adarllwch won 2nd place, receiving 25 JB. Since there was no 3rd contestant the two received and extra 5 JB!

Adarllwch also won 1st place in the second contest and received 25 JB!
