Hiya Faenarians! I'm here to discuss some updates that we've been making.

First of all, the links in the top nav bar... you'll notice several now have drop down menus! If for some reason those menus don't drop down for you, no worries, you can still click on the tabs and get to all the links!

Secondly, there has been a HUGE update to our FAQ page! We hope that it helps with most of your questions! If it doesn't, please, feel free to post in this thread with any other questions you might have and we'll be sure to get that updated for you ASAP!

Finally, there have been updates to our Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy has been added! Please, check those out at your earliest convenience!

We hope you all enjoy the updates as we hope to make this place a bit more user friendly for when our grand update becomes available!

The top menu doesn't have many clickable links anymore (they're dropdown ONLY) sooooo ... How do I get rid of that little [1] next to [News] nowadays?

Also, I think the address on the Privacy Policy page should contain the country. The "Bolivar" bit had confused me somewhat

As Cat said, the previous links are still there as they always have been. The drop downs are just for quick access to links on the pages that the tabs go to.

I also added the country to the address.

Oh yeah, there are other countries. *shot* (very used to not including country as inter-state mail doesn't require it and I so very rarely ship internationally)

You get to the News page by clicking the News tab, as you always have.

Except that clicking that doesn't do anything. Doesn't look like a link inside a button definition is working too well.
The only links up there that are still working for me are the empty lore page and the logout, which are not embedded in a button. (edit: also Market and Purchase.) Perhaps use div instead? With float:left it doesn't create a block of its own and can be styled and used just like a button, just more flexibly.

Would you take a screenshot of what you're seeing? So far nobody else has reported this issue and it will help us to resolve it if we can see what exactly is happening. Also, what browser are you using? And have you tried a hard refresh? (I've had to do that every time weezee has tweaked something to get it to display properly)

I'd also like to point out that in the future, such issues should be placed in the bug reports forum, so that if anyone else is experiencing problems they can easily find the solution. I for one wouldn't think to find answers to bugs in news comments. Thank you.

oh didn't see this the other day, posted a thread in suggestions because the old links/menu at the top no longer displays for me I have an older windows 7 laptop that may or may not be working so well with the newer html 6 standards either)

I'm sorry, I assumed since this was a thread about the new feature that I'm having issues with, this would be the place to put it.
I didn't see the other thread before, I'll see if I can add to it.

edit: I see it's not necessary anymore, the links work now (I notice you did replace the <button>s with <div>, thank you!)
I'm rather glad because I'm a bit at a loss when it comes to making a screenshot for "nothing happens"!
