No, that wouldn't work as the marking (the little "cutie" mark) would be different, pretty sure colors would be too on most of them.

Hiya Faenarians!
I bet you're all thinking... it's about time! LOL Very sorry for lack of updates. I am really going to try to do better. I'm hoping to start working on some FA items, but can't promise much as I'm trying to do a LOT of outside work that can only be done in the summer. I think I have the biggest part done, it's just staining my deck which depends on if it rains or not (it rained today or this would have been even longer coming!!) Anyways, I hope you all are doing well and enjoy this release!
We had not realized it had been so long since we added the common pets to research, so instead of just adding rare (like we had planned when we added the common), we added a few rarities! There are some that don't have descriptions, so be on the lookout for those to be edited in (I won't make an announcement for that as there are only like 4 or 5?). We added Rare, Dire, and Exclusive genus! So go, go, go! RESEARCH!!!
We also have New Shop Pets! All the Daydream Ponies are going into the Summer Spectacle for 2 weeks, then they will be moved to their appropriate shops where they will stay.
