We are looking for our staff to:
• Be responsible, respectful, and patient.
• Be able to communicate in English and form complete, coherent sentences.
• Treat all members equally and fairly. We don't play favorites, even to our friends.
• Care about the site and where it's going and want to be hands on in helping it along.
• Recognize that staff members are not above the rules, but must be an example to others.
• Be mature! Don't flame users or tear them down, be nice, etc. Remember that your actions are a reflection on the site and on the other staff members.
• Be my special minions
General Requirements for All Positions
• Must have or be willing to get Discord - there is a browser version if you don't want to download the application (we don't usually voice chat, but we sometimes need to communicate in real time)
• Must be at least 18 years old (sorry youngins, we still love you!)
• Must be able to check the site regularly/frequently barring extenuating circumstances (RL stuff, illness, travel, etc).
• Must be willing and able to handle and resolve conflict peacefully and professionally.
• Must be able to fit an entire banana in their mouth without breaking it! I am told this is an unreasonable request.
Staff Perks
• Your choice of WS or DS payments (amount varies by position)
• Gradient username color of your choice
• Early access to new release items
• Other perks to be added over time
How to Apply
• Fill out the form that is linked in the specific thread for the position you're applying.
• Please give us 1-2 weeks to process your application. If we have questions we will contact you via PM.

Faenaria is looking to pick up a few staff members for the following positions. If you are interested please read everything here very carefully. We are a growing community and it is our #1 priority to keep our community full of booze and chocolate love and fun! All of these are volunteer positions unless stated otherwise. Not to worry, however, as I rather enjoy showering the staff with goodies and praise.
