I couldn't find a palette or swatch or specific color hex but I did find this image that has very clear colors:

I would like this design to look like this picture: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/2f/1c/33/2f1c3302301919c631d4a72edccd9aee.png but instead of the green, I would like the oil spill gradient. I'd like to keep the gold scale pattern so it kind of looks like golden treasures glinting along the tail.

The shoulder scales can be a simple gold to match the back pattern.
