Many of us understand this worry. But purchasing them, either through the "Buy Shards" link in the market or from another player, donating as a patron monthly on Patreon, winning them from an event in the forums, or making a trading thread in the forums are your ONLY options. As another player, I'd say your best bet would be to enter a FAD event or make a thread asking for another player to trade with you.

I have no idea what you mean by 'centaur body item' but if you mean being able to change the color of your avatar skin to match the horse body, as you can tell on my avatar to the left, we already have an item like that. In the shop 'Nip and Tuck' there are items called Chromatic Skin and Vineyard Skin.

Yeah that's right! Thanks to our wonderful new programmer, Distora, we have finally completed the coding for Shop Pets! Which means, we have a bunch of them to release! *happy dance* Even more good news, we're slowly starting to roll out stretch goal items as well. For today, we'll be releasing the adult pets, all of which have at least one shop pet version available (we might have gotten carried away with the Ignis ha!)

The link for the Pet Shops has been placed in the menu under Market. The seasonal pet shops will follow the same rotation as the FA seasonal shops. You can find the PSDs for the stretch goal pets on the Genus Codex page. In fact, all of our genus preview images have received a bit of a touch up! Hopefully you enjoy the blue and silver as much as we do!

Note: We are still working on pet descriptions and will update the Genus Codex when they're all finished. The rest of the stretch goal items are still being worked on and will be released as they are finished instead of waiting to do them all at once.

• It is now possible to set a different active avatar for the forums, inbox, and profile page. You can update this here.
• Users can mate/un-mate their pets on the pet's edit page! You must have a Diamond Ring or Broken Ring in your inventory.
• We've added a new item, the Vial of Change that allows users to change a pet's gender (via its edit page). Once a pet has been bred its can't be changed.
• DS purchases should now be fixed! *fingers crossed*

I've fixed the Mouse issue (at least I think I fixed everyone). The other one with the basilisk... I don't see the problem? it's showing as image.png for me in your snuggery, maybe hard refresh? I dunno. If you're still having the issue, please, let me know and I'll try to look into it further. ^^

also i wish i hv more wish shards so i can get the Blood Rain
Daydream Pony but i need 15 wish shards to get her made though weezee can u see if u can think of finding a way for me to get a blood rain daydream pony though also i do hv four wish shards but i need 11 more of them for the blood rain daydream pony

there isnt any equine or pony creatures that cost wish shards though cause im never going to get a blood rain daydream pony though also the conquest and war pets are very cool to i wish i can own them when they start selling soon

There are equines for WS. If you want DS, make some WS in the research feature and offer to buy DS with your WS. Some people will do that now that they also need WS to buy pets and they may not want to do research for it. Otherwise, you'll have to get DS the way everyone else does.

We've already explained how to purchase DS from other players using WS. DS is a premium currency. It is purchasable with USD or from other players only; you can't get DS for free.

@glaselkj You are correct. Research does not grant Dream Shards because, as SeaCrest stated, Dream Shards are a premium currency. User pay real money to acquire Dream Shards so they are not given out for free through the Research feature. The only other way to get Dream Shards is through any user run event that may offer them as a prize or to try to purchase them from another user for the equivalent in Wish Shards, which has also already been explained. This is not something that will change because of the very real USD amount that is usually spent on purchasing them to begin with.
You CAN get a small amount of Dream Shards by doing research and finding all entries via the compendium. But these are only claimable once so once you have that reward, you can't get it again.
You are welcome to purchase them here or post a thread in the Marketplace asking if someone will trade with you or see if someone advertises that they are selling some of theirs. Please remember that going around asking for free items is not advised and is considered begging which is against our Terms of Service.
