Meanwhile I have made 2 outfits since I joined I like consistency. Pretty much once I decide I like something changing it makes me sad. But I also have enough change going on in my life at any given time that I suppose I should take what I can get in terms of consistency I'm really looking forward to being done with classes and having a more predictable life. (I suspect I'm deluding myself into what next year will look like but I suppose we shall see that next year)

How is everyone doing? Was trying to do the avatar on here from my cell but it’s way to complex and does some weird things when doing on cell. Like it goes into a picture only mode well trying to select a color periodically. Plus I can’t seem to get the tap and drag to work so stuff is out of order too. Kinda of gave up for now once I’m back on the laptop I’ll finishe.

Hi Dragongirl, yeah the color change has to be saved after you're done, or you get that goofy picture. How are you doing?

Fine. Finally got on my laptop. Though I've been basically wrestling with (idiom) the avatar since it keep doing that goof making progress harder for me since it hard to remember to save after every single minor change. Think I got it at least a decent holiday one for now. Kind of tired of wrestling with the avatar system for now maybe I'll go back and do some tweaks to the design later on.

So....I got a tooth pulled this tuesday. The inside half of it fractured off and I already had a crack through the middle so I thought it best just to pull the whole thing. I'll be getting a bridge on the 22nd so it has time to heal. Right now I have a hole in my mouth and can't eat anything crunchy (which sucks because I love crunchy stuff) it's going to take $2500 to get everything fixed but it would have been over 3000 if I didn't have a yearly plan. Thankfully I was approved for a credit finance and technically it's all paid for already. I just have monthly payments now for the next 18 months...heh....teeth are expensive. Who else here has had dentistry mishaps?

I currently have three broken molars that need to be pulled. I am disabled and go to a free clinic, but at least one of them has broken down so far that I'll need oral surgery to get the roots out. I'm a huge chicken when it comes to dental work.

I've had bad teeth ever since I was a kid and I do admit I haven't been taking very good care of them the past few years....I've learned my lesson now lol.

I currently have three broken molars that need to be pulled. I am disabled and go to a free clinic, but at least one of them has broken down so far that I'll need oral surgery to get the roots out. I'm a huge chicken when it comes to dental work.

I'm a chicken too with dental work! I only go in when I have pain and that's usually severe 8-10 pain because the only insurance I have is Medicaid and apparently they only cover the basic dental hygiene and cleanings.

may you all have better tooth luck in subsequent years.

I'm also on Medicaid and can't find ANY dentist in my area who will take the insurance. I qualify for and go to a free clinic about a half hour from me.

Yeah I'm chicken about dental work too. When I was a kid I was TERRIFIED of loosing my teeth because my parents would of course try to get me to pull them out.

Getting wisdom teeth removed isn't funny either - had that done 14 years ago, and one of the little buggers was lying sideways! Lazy thing. Had blue and yellow cheeks for 2 weeks!
I haven't been to any dentist for over a decade, so this year I'm going to get 6 fillings, 2 with each appointment.
Luckily, German health insurance covers that - except for the filling material because I'm going with the plastic and not the cheapest option amalgam.

Complete tooth replacement ist rather costly though. Starts with 4 digits per tooth, a colleague had that done some years ago ...

Flederfalle I had my wisdom teeth removed many years ago, I also had one that was sideways. I had them put me out for that one!!
