I have officially read 150,000 words! I have also written at least 12,000 words worth of stuff I did NOT want to write and died inside doing so. I got almost 6000 words on my paper and dear lord I can't believe I actually did it. It's a draft and I plan on going back and polishing it up but still holy fuck.

(I'm writing a research paper & reading multiple books in a push to get caught back up school wise so this nanowrimo challenge is mostly about how much I've been making my ADHD brain read and pay attention to instead of writing, but I'm also mentioning the words I've written for this stuff because I'm proud that I wrote a 22 page term paper AND did a bunch of other things and didn't completely die)

If you look on the dashboard page, with all the little badges, then the purple winner badge should be there already. It's added automatically now once you update your word count beyond 50k. Personally I don't like that, I have a hard time trusting that the win is really recorded when I haven't gone through the validation process ><
