Hold my tea.
*disappears until March!*
I have a bunch of games that I occasionally play. I'm like you Tam, when they progressively get harder, I usually stop playing them. I've got a sudoku like number game called Number Match, and a really mind-numbing game called Idle Miner that I check once a day. I downloaded a game called "Sky" but haven't played it. Pictures look pretty.
And sorry to disappearing. It got so busy at work that at the end of the day I didn't want to stare at the computer anymore. I hope you are all fine.

So three. About the same number I have now. I just tried another, but chucked it pretty fast. I think I'll be staying with the three I have unless something really great comes along. The cross stitch one sounds neat, but I'm no good at colouring.
Do you like video games at all? I can't remember if we talked about that before.
I got to hold a baby chicken today! First time in over twenty years... I'd missed the feel of little feet on my hand.

oh that's adorable!
not sure if we talked about video games, but i never really got into playing them.
the cross-stitch coloring is like a color-by-number, where the squares have letters and numbers, and when you tap the color at the bottom of the screen, it'll shade the corresponding boxes in the picture, and you just tap on the square, and instead of a solid color, it looks like a cross-stitch thread "x." it's called "Cross stitch" and the little icon is a multicolored ball of yarn. at last, that's how it is on my android, your mileage might vary depending on your phone.

Sorry for vanishing, guys. I seem to be antisocial right now, or something.

Baby chicken snuggled down and had a nap inside my hands. I could feel that she was faceplanted splat. But then after a bit as I brought her to see my employer she woke up a bit though remaining relaxed and laying with her chin down. She also started chatting with bright cheerful little peeps. I showed her to my employer, who gently petted her. The little chick was part of a display for the guys who set up classrooms with incubators and had been visiting with different people all day, so she got excited and fussy, thinking it was time to go visit someone new. That young, and she'd already learned how people worked! When she found out she didn't need to switch hands she went splat again and once more started chatting. The lady was amused when I brought the chick back and she saw how relaxed the little thing was.
That cross stitch game sounds neat! I might look at it sometime. My phone's prone to saying, "Hello, Moto!"
I don't really mind hard on a game. But when I know that I'll have to work at the same puzzle up to ten times, with it nagging me to give it money, then stuff stops getting fun. Which makes me realize that none of the games on the phone right now are puzzle games. There's Animal Crossing Pocket Camp, Zen Koi 2, Microsoft Solitaire collection, and over in the temp section this game called Splash, which is something like a clicker and teaches about reef ecology.
What Trystan said, Yeladim. I feel empathy for you, though I've been hiding on the computer and phone because things like still trying to move in the rest and coping with sudden blah smell at night or when resting have been making me really overwhelmed.

but no chickens.

They're very cuddly critters if you raise them from chicks, @trystan , or even if you just love on them as adults. I remember a YouTube video of a little rooster who ran down the driveway top speed every evening to greet his little girl when she got off the school bus. And there's a little hen who has enough interest in her toy piano to follow the lights through an entire song.

trystan
oh that's really awesome! i smiled while reading your post!

@trystan , and there was one lady who was showing people how to put a diaper on her hen, and the little hen was afraid of the camera and crawled under the lady's arm like a chick under mama hen's wing.

trystan
awww, that's so cute!

*nod nod* And I personally remember little hens I raised coming to follow me around even after they had families of their own. And a little hen sitting and waiting by the doorstep for her family to come home. @trystan

@Demyx @trystan Or some of those little hens, if they'd even seen a place with carpet in it.
Feeling kind of gross. Got poisoned with second hand weed smoke again yesterday, then started my day by putting hot chocolate with marshmallows on my organic cereal flakes this morning (and I don't do chocolate well).
