It's been pretty hot here too! Not 100s but 90s and I"m almost as far north as you can get before Canada, so I can only imagine how hot the southern states have been. The one good thing about the south tho is it's more dry heat (at least I think?? 
), ours has been soooo humid it's not funny. 🥵 I actually remember there were some pretty hot days as my school wasn't air conditioned, and so they let school out early or canceled the whole day! Not anymore as the schools have a/c now. LOL Lucky bastards!

Hello! I was so happy to see your post of FB in UF/UC. I lost the link to this place long ago and couldn't find my way back. (In all honesty I forgot about it in life's events)

I'm so happy that's what brought you back. I was hoping to bring some others back as well as I think it's improved here since the first bit of Faenaria I've been TRYING to get things going again, we all got kind of unmotivated? Discouraged? Whatever, but I'm trying really hard to kick that out!
As for the temp outside, yes, it has cooled off. August is normally the worst, we have had a few pretty hot ones this month, but not like August. Today it was actually a little cold, but the humidity was terrible. Today has been a pretty bleh day, was angry before I went to work and through most of the morning. It kinda cooled off after that, but still not been the best of days. Monday, BOOO! LOL Hoping tomorrow is better! Might get our new front door installed if they get it here early enough! :3

Life sometimes drags us away and we forget or drift apart. 
It's too bad sometimes we can't freeze the fun times and leave the bad behind.

I get up at 5am when I have to work, my pups usually sleep in until around 8-9 and then they go wake my mom up to go out. They know they have no luck in waking me. LOL
