Ouch! Bleeding cuticles are no fun!

Happy Friday everyone! Does anyone have any fun plans for the weekend? We had snow last night, but it's mostly melted now. I'm just planning on going to the craft store for yarn. I'm making scarves for all my kids for Christmas.

Ooh a yarn quest seems fun. Tonight I’m watching some tv to unwind then getting started on my to do list

Yeah I love yarn. I hope I can find something fun for my daughter's scarf

Lol it hasn't happened yet. Maybe today.

I found beautiful yarn at Hobby Lobby. It is very soft. I bought two different yarn patterns, one is a variegated in sunset colors, and the other one is a white yarn with multi-color flecks in it. When you crochet it up it looks like Funfetti cake mix.

These sound fun especially the variegated sunset one. On my last yarn quest I found a variegated one in blues and greens. I haven't decided what to do with it yet though.

Indeed! I have so many plans for the holiday season! I've already gotten a ton of Christmas shopping done for family and friends. Plus, I have a Holiday event brewing in my mind.

I need to get paid before I can do anymore shopping. LOL, I had a few unexpected expenses come up this month.

Yeah it did. I had to borrow some money from my son, but it's all good now. I just needed a new battery for my car, the same day my computer died, and then the spring on our garage door opener broke :o

OMG that's so many things happening all at once! Any one of those would really stress me out. I can't imagine all 3! I'm glad it turned out OK, though!

Thanks, yeah, it was pretty stressful. But my son is wonderful, and will usually lend me money when I need it.
