I haven't been on Aywas for quite a while either. I was a daily player, but it was turning into more of a chore than fun, so eventually I decided to try walking away to see how that felt, and I haven't been back since. Keeping my options open, not selling my stuff or anything, in case I want to jump back in later. But for now it feels rather marvellous to have one less game to keep track of

Haha I know how that feels, Kiran. Sometimes a game just goes stale on you. But! you can't bear to let go of the account. That's me with my Howrse account, even though there are slim chances I'll go back to being an active player. I just spent so much time on that darn website.

I've been really into FlightRising lately, but it's just a bit too slow-paced for me, what with the breeding cooldowns and yada yada. And last night I tried to get FeralHeart to work on my Mac, but it's so complicated. I sort of got it to work, but then the quality of the game was yuck and there weren't any other players so that was probably the wrong version of the game or something or other. Ugh.. it sucks because I was really looking forward to playing it.

I'm settling in for a day of relaxation. Gonna read a few short books... watch The Originals...

Exactly, the time invested makes it super hard to go! Because of that I stayed active on Aywas longer than really made sense. I have a ridiculously hard time walking away from things. In that particular case, it was really my premium status running out that gave me the final nudge I needed to close that tab. Not being premium made it far more tedious to play than it already felt, so enough was enough. I knew I wasn't willing to pay for having my premium renewed, so I could finally leave

Aw, it really sucks when things don't work D: I came across a site some time ago where they had made super old games playable in browser. I was SO excited because I found a game that I remembered from my childhood, that I really thought I'd never see again, and I was so ready to have a go at it. Only it didn't work properly for me, the image was kinda glitchy and the controls did funky things. Much sadness!

So has everyone's week been off to a good start? I got a good chunk of my book done after breakfast this morning, and I'll probably be outside after dinner reading some more.

My week's been going pretty well. Been trying to draw every day to get my high school skills back. It's been rough, but even in 3 weeks, I've noticed small improvements.
Also, started reading again during the summer now that school's out. Currently reading Who r u really? by Margo Kelly. Have a few others I need to read, and I'll let you guys know how they are when i finish them.

I try to come and chat once in a while but sometimes I forget since the site is pretty dead anyways, hehe. Hopefully we can change that though, especially when everything is back.

I'd really like to see it active, too! I enjoy chatting online (but not so much face to face).

I seem to be having a "Don't talk to me!" sort of day today. But being on here is much less stressful for me.

Yeah. I had to keep weight off it for 6 weeks, then I could walk with a boot for one week, and then I could finally walk in shoes. I've been doing exercises since the boot came off the strengthen it, but I decided I need to start working out again. Gotta work on that summer bod! /flex

Hi, all. been a bit busy this morning, but I'm around now and just realized I was confusing the timezone difference gap with the other sites I'm on.

Ugh! Really bad allergy day here today. My eyes feel all icky.

Welp, Ironic that I'm quitting Eldemore, Gothicat World and FlightRising because I don't have much time or want to make the effort to maintain things, but then I'm waiting eagerly for this site to update because... ADOPT ALL THE THINGS. Yeah.

Hey there everyone! I apologize for my absence this past while... I spent the past two days in bed and am only now recovering. It's great to see such activity in here though! I'll be going through and making individual responses soon enough, but in the mean time just keep up that chatting!
