Yup! I eat a lot of chili mac LOL That's like, my staple food cuz it's so easy to make giant batches of. Like I'll make a batch of 20 meals of it.

Chili mac sounds awesome. Can you guys come to my house? I'm living off frozen pizza and waffles (not necesarily together) for a few days until this cold/flu passes. Again with the cold/flu in the middle of summer. Rude pathogens I did not consent to your colonization.

That's better than my cold/flu diet LOL Soon as I start getting sick, I go out and buy meal replacement shakes, bananas, soda crackers, and ginger ale and that's what I live off LOL

Bananas sound great. I was just at the store too. Totally should add bananas to the ill rotation

They're good for it. Healthy, relatively filling, and super easy on the tummy.

Rice is another good food when you're sick

I've been meaning to make fried rice for a couple days now partially to use up my eggs. I keep forgetting though. Or getting distracted. Good omens is out on amazon and I'm so excited (I watched a couple episodes last night and I love it. They seem to have been kind to the source material (book) for once)

I just binged the last of it. I loved it. But I could see both where it would be hard to follow having not read the book, but also must admit the book itself is not the easiest thing to follow either. I have found that frequently with neil gaiman I read the first time go wut? and then read it a couple more times and go I LOVE IT!

Yeah, I'm not much of a reader though. I can't sit still that long to read a whole book like I used to.

Has anyone else watched "Call the Midwife" on Netflix? We're watching it, and I think the acting is fantastic!

Just have to say that we started watching New Amsterdam on Hulu last night and Mary and I are loving it!!

I won't be around too much tomorrow. I'm meeting my friend Shelly, whom I met online. We've met in real life once before, and we're having lunch together about an hour from where I live. So I'll be gone a while. I can't wait to see her again!

That's awesome! I've only met a couple people IRL that I originally met online, but it's always cool. One of these days I'll get a chance to meet my best friend in person. We've been friends for 16 years (half my life!) but never met because we're on opposite sides of the continent (I'm in BC, Canada, and she's in Florida)
