I figured I might as well make one of these threads, too! I like chatting about pretty much anything, and I'm full of opinions, so I pretty much always have something to say LOL

Current favorite topics are the paranormal, Star Trek, Star Wars, and Once Upon a Time. Oh and also spiritual/witchy/pagan things, those are fun, too.

yes they sure do seem to all blend together. and a lot of the same people are on different shows! I think Amy was on at least one show before The Dead Files and then Katrina Weidman... isn't this like her 3rd or 4th show all with different people? Zak has had 3 or 4 too, but he's still on Ghost Adventures and has had mostly the same people on his.

Amy was in A Haunting in Georgia, but you won't find reference to it on her IMBd page, because it was an acting role, and I think it was removed to make her seem more legit. Like... she's not an actor, she's just a psychic! Or something. IDK. But it was removed. I didn't know Katrina was on different shows! I'll have to check that out. She was my favorite in Paranormal State (which... considering that's my least favorite paranormal show probably isn't saying much, but she's pretty LOL) Most of Zak's shows seem to be Ghost Adventures spin-offs (there's like 8 of them LOL)

Yeah, Katrina was in a show with Nick Groff after he left GA it was called Paranormal Lockdown and now she's in a new one called Portals to Hell.

I recently discovered like half a dozen paranormal shows that I hadn't seen before, so I'm slowly making my way through them. Or I was before EA put Sims 4 up for free. Since then I've been on a Sims kick LOL

I'm really good today! I'm having lunch with my kids for Nick's 22nd birthday. I've been really looking forward to this day!

Aw, yay! I wish I could see my parents on my birthdays, but they live quite far away (2 day drive) so I only get to see them once or twice a year.

Awww, that's too bad. I would be really sad if my kids lived that far away!

Yeah it sucks. When my parents moved, they were hoping that us kids would follow them (as we did the last time they moved) but it's just too far away. I did live there for a while, but it was a town of 750 people and it was soul-crushing LOL My mom wants to move back, but my dad loves it there.

Wow, 750? That's one of those towns where everyone is in your business! I couldn't handle that either.

Yup! And then there's lil 24-year-old me, and everyone my age was either married with a minimum of 2 kids or slept all their time at the bar, and I don't drink or have kids LOL Plus I was the only goth in town so I got stared at everywhere I went LOL

It was certainly an uncomfortable 2 years. I ended up moving back to BC, where I'm from. Now I've got a nice place I'm renting, a good roommate, friends, all that good stuff

That's awesome! I live with my bff, we have some issues but we usually work things out. Biggest issue was her daughter bought her a puppy for an early mother's day gift, and I REALLY didn't want a dog . . . daughter never asked me or anything, and it's my house.

Ahhh that would not fly with me LOL I'm terrified of dogs. For a while I had the excuse of "the complex doesn't allow dogs" (even having a dog visit was an evictable offence) but they just changed their rules so now I gotta own up to "I'm just not cool with dogs" LOL

I live with my mom, but I have my own space and all that, can do whatever I want, so she's kinda like just having a roomate.

Awww! I love dogs... really all animals, but only want to have dogs (mostly). :3 I have 2 pups and love them to death even when they are a pain in my butt. May I ask what terrifies you of dogs, Nic?

I would totally not be able to live with my parents again LOL Not because I don't like living with them, but because they're very Christian and I'm very pagan, so there's kind of an inherent conflict there LOL

Ah, I was bitten by my grandma's chihuahua when I was 3, been scared of them ever since. There's only ever been one dog I haven't been at least leery of, and that's my parents dog, Holly, who is the biggest sweetheart on the planet. I was even hesitant about the dog we had when I was a teen, and we had him for 7 years!

Yeah the breed of dog we have is a type of small pit bull, called an American Bully. He's about 40 pounds now, and shouldn't get much bigger. I'm really much more of a cat person. I've had Kat for about 8 years now, and I love her to death.
